SERVING NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND FOR MORE THAN 120 YEARS!
In 1882, Joseph Titcomb, a prominent Kennebunk shipbuilder and statesman, founded an insurance company to cover his ships at sea. It was during a century of dramatic growth for the town and, boosted by Joseph's reliable reputation, the young company grew rapidly.
Shortly afterwards, Joseph's son-in-law, Charles H. Cole, joined the firm. Five generations later, in 1970, descendant Charles E. Cole joined forces with another experienced insurance professional J. Frank Harrison, and Cole-Harrison grew into one of southern Maine's largest Independent Insurance Agencies.
